    ℹ️ We expect our guests to treat the property with the utmost respect, avoiding any damage and ensuring its cleanliness. We reserve the right to charge guests for any damage caused by them, missing items and/or cleaning costs for soiling beyond normal levels, etc.

    ❗ The maximum occupancy specified in the reservation must be strictly respected. This means that without the prior express permission of the host, NO MORE people than the number of registered guests may stay in the unit. UNREGISTERED GUESTS and/or LOCAL VISITORS are strictly prohibited from entering the property without the prior express permission of the host. (The names of all registered guests must be provided at least 24 hours prior to check-in, as well we might ask for a copy of an official ID.)

    ❗ Parties, events, smoking inside, drugs or any prohibited substances are NOT allowed

    ❗In order to keep the standard rental price as low as possible for guests who rarely or never use the air conditioning, the electricity costs for the use of the air conditioning are not included. A small fee of $0.49/kWh is charged for its use.

    ➡️ In order to avoid disturbing our neighbors and/or other guests, music, TV or other things can only be operated at room volume

    ℹ️ We accept no responsibility for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses or property damage caused by personal negligence or by any other circumstances beyond our control.

    ℹ️ If forgotten items are found, we can keep them for a maximum of 7 days for logistical reasons, after which no further claims can be made.

    The rental price DOES NOT include the cost for so that we can continue to pass on our low standard rental prices to all guests who rarely or never want to use the air conditioning.
