OUR GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • For everybody's safety and to avoid problems we have set up this very simple house rules:
  • NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS, LOCAL VISITORS OR DRUGS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY
    (The names of all guests have to be provided at least 24h before check-in)
  • Parties, events, drugs or smoking inside is NOT allowed
  • The person who has made the reservation is responsible for all other persons and all their actions who enter the building on the basis of this reservation
  • In order to avoid disturbing our neighbors and/or other guests, music, TV or other things can only be operated at room volume
  • We expect our guests to treat our apartment/room as if it were their own home and reserve the right to charge the costs for damages and/or cleaning costs for impurities and/or for excessive electricity consumption beyond the normal scope.
  • We accept no responsibility for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses or property damage caused by personal negligence or by any other circumstances beyond our control.
  • If forgotten items are found, we can keep them for a maximum of 7 days for logistical reasons, after which no further claims can be made.
