✅We provide free cleaning service - Cleaning the room and changing linen and towels once per week (after 7 days) is included.
✅ Additional cleaning, extra towels, etc. are available upon request (additional cost).
➡️ If guests want use our kitchen to cook by themselves, we expect them to clean up.
ℹ️ To keep our rates low—especially for guests who do not use air conditioning or use it only rarely—the electricity costs for air conditioning are not included in the room rate. Of course, you can optionally add this service when booking or pay for it based on actual usage (0.40 USD/kWh).
➡️ To avoid disturbing our neighbors and other guests, we ask that you keep music, the TV, conversations, etc., at a respectful volume.
